1. Digital Products and Services

All our offerings, including online video courses, digital study materials (PDFs), and online test series, are considered digital goods and services.

Once a course, material, or test series is purchased and access is granted, the transaction is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. Due to the immediate access to digital content, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances after a purchase is successfully processed.

2. Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment for the same course or material, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction. To report a duplicate payment, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.

• Provide your registered email address, phone number, and the transaction IDs.
• Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Technical Issues

If you face technical difficulties accessing a purchased product, our dedicated support team is available to assist you. Technical issues do not qualify for a refund, as we will actively resolve them to ensure you receive the access you paid for.
